Donatella opened Anthos with chef partner Michael Psilakis in March 2007. The Greek-inspired restaurant quickly earned numerous accolades. The highly anticipated Mia Dona is the newest in Donatella’s restaurant empire. The restaurant opened in February 2008, just one year after the “original” Dona restaurant had to close due to real estate circumstances.
